I have the right to refuse any commission without needing to give a reason!

  • I require payment upfront unless you are making a substantial order (over $100, then I am willing to accept payment plans).

  • All commissioners will be sent a sketch of their order. The only exception to this would be if you are purchasing a "Simple Headshot" due to the quick turnaround. Due to this, you are entitled to changes for free, with unlimited minor changes, and one major change.

  • Refunds in full are only given when I have not started or only during the sketch phase. Partial refunds can be given through any phase after the sketch until completion. Refunds will not be given once the art is complete.

  • If you are not satisfied during the sketch phase, you can request an unlimited number of changes until you are satisfied. Minor changes (ie. forgotten details, minor pose changes, etc.) can be done after the sketch phase, but major changes (ie. major pose changes, character changes) will result in an additional charge.

  • Process shots will be given. If you need anything changed, please request these changes as I send process shots. Minor changes/mistake fixes are free, but major changes may result in an extra fee. Providing me with a detailed description of what you'd like lowers the chance of this!

  • Please provide a SFW visual reference (unshaded digital ref HIGHLY preferred!) I cannot guarantee accuracy if you provide any other type of reference image, and inaccurate commission details would be the commissioner's fault. Additionally, I will NOT work off ANY AI generated reference images!

  • My turnaround time can range from as short as a few days to a few months depending on many factors including (but not limited to) the type of commission, pre-existing queue, my personal life, and burnout. I will keep you updated if I am aware a situation will arise that leaves me unable to work.

  • After receiving your commission, you can post it on any site/use it as an icon as long as credit is given!

  • Do NOT make a commercial profit off my art (eg. print on t-shirts/stickers for commercial purposes) Non-profit, personal printing is ok!

  • DO NOT use my art for ANYTHING related to cryptocurrency/NFTs. This includes (but is not limited to) reselling/using my art on NFT/crypto sites, using my art as icons/logos/background images on NFT/crypto sites, using a custom character design as an NFT mascot, ETC. I will block you and give out your user to others as a warning if you do this.

  • DO NOT use any form of AI/machine learning image generators to complete/enhance any art piece/commission you receive, including incomplete process shots (This also includes sending the image to AI character bots or using it as an icon for an AI chatbot).

  • Using my artwork on NFT/crypto/gen AI sites will get you blacklisted from ever receiving a commission from me again.

  • Don't be afraid to ask any questions you may have!
